First off, even though the book came in plastic packaging it was used. Keep this in mind as seeing the answers throw off the usefulness of a primarily multiple-choice based book. Might be better to buy the digital copy if it is available.This supplement is useful for testing basic knowledge of Black Letter law but not as robust as other supplements out there. Use this in conjunction with Glannon or E&E or as an end of the week check-up tool.
I really like this Q+A book, but I personally think that it's a little limited.I could not really practice many of the other doctrines within property, and I feel like it concentrates TOO MUCH on RAP when RAP is not usually highly tested on law school property classes nor on the bar.Overall good practice, but it could definitely include more!
Absolutely hate this book.Questions that are suppose to be restricted to a particular topic suddenly has topics outside of it interjected into the questions and answers Yes, some of the right answers are those outside the topics you are specifically studying.
My professor was more theoretical, but I think it helps drive home the black letter law.

I was not aware that this is a digital copy and would like to have my money returned so i can purchase the actual paper copy.
