Excellent book, interesting to read.It is at the upper limit of my programming knowledge which is good. I really had to push myself to grasp it. Im about 3/4 of the way through at this point
While the text of the book is written well and at the right level for me, the book is a hardback that came unbound. I bought a 2nd copy. It's expensive and probably better off as a paperback. Chunks of pages shouldn't come out of a book.
I read through this book quickly and it seemed to be quite good, but the potential buyer should be aware of its limited aims. It does not attempt to cover the wide range of Ada's capabilities. It aims to give engineering students just enough knowledge to implement a basic control system, so it ignores aspects of Ada that don't directly support that.
